Welcome to Little Green Desk! I'm Nakesha Planck, an artist, crafter, wife, and mother of five. I've loved art, color, and all things creative from a very young age. One of my earliest memories is coloring and drawing pictures on my little plastic green art desk. When I grew up, I went to design school. I've been a graphic designer for over 20 years, adding in web design and illustration along the way. I find joy in creating and take pride in radiating those good vibes to everyone.
The years I've spent in the design industry have given me a versatile skill set that includes experience in advertising, branding, corporate identity, digital and print design, illustration, project management, photo editing, and web development.
Working in both corporate and freelance environments, from multiple departments within a corporation to one-on-one client-focused collaboration, has allowed me a unique perspective while defining my own style and approach to design.
When I'm not behind a computer, I enjoy time with my family, gardening, crochet, playing music, campfires, big mugs of hot tea, and good books.
